圣经中的比喻都是揭示天主真理的小故事。耶稣在今天的福音中讲了两个比喻。

 

在第一个比喻中，耶稣形容天国的发展如同一粒种子栽种到地里，长成了一颗大树，很多飞鸟都在那里栖息。

 

在第二个比喻中，一点点酵母放入面团，面团发酵膨胀，烤成面包喂饱很多人。

 

我们很多人都想如果自己种了彩票，就为天主做些大事。但教宗方济各说：“爱是通过小事体现出来的，通过日常的小的标记被注意，这些让他人感受到被欢迎、被重视和被爱。小事情能让天国成长和扩展。”

 


“如果你不能在世界上做些大事，那么，就用大爱去做小事吧。”（圣德肋撒修女）

 


A parable is a little story that demonstrates God's truth.
Jesus gives us 2 parables today.

 

In the first, He likens the growth of God's Kingdom as a little seed planted into the ground; it grows into a large bush that gives shelter to many birds. In the 

 

2nd parable, little yeast is inserted into dough and makes it expand and baked into bread for many to eat.
Many of us dream of doing great things for God if we win the lotto. But Pope Francis says, "Love is shown by little things, by attention to small daily signs" which makes others feel welcomed, important and loved.
Little things grow and expands God's Kingdom.
